We raise Scottish Highland cattle by the practice of Management Intense Grazing (MIG). This means they are rotated through pastures to graze on fresh grass. As they are eating in one pasture, the other pastures are left to rejuvenate and regrow, eventually, re-entering the feeding rotation. This provides you with the opportunity to buy premium, dry aged, all natural, grass-fed beef, processed in a USDA inspected facility and packaged just for you! Please watch this video https://youtu.be/4Z75A_JMBx4 for an even deeper explanation of how MIG benefits our planet.
